I thought for sure it was going to be damaged but to my surprise it was not.
It’s heavy and the personalization came out beautifully. I purchased the stand since it is a gift.
Don’t know why the stand was shipped separately.

Product features By Shopper (Pasadena, MD) - February 20, 2023 The personalized maple cutting board was delivered as a gift to my friends and they loved it. They sent a photo and I was surprised that the last word of the inscription was noticeably more faint than the first two words. After contacting the company and sending a photo they told me it is the wood itself when lazered that determines the resulting color. They can not guarantee that all lettering will look exactly the same. They explained the results did meet their quality standards, however the wanted me to be totally satisfied so they offered to redo it (could not guarantee the results would be any different).
I want to let everyone know that this company, in my experience, receives an A+ rating for customer service. Every time I called the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They were both knowledgeable and resolved my issue in record time, this applies to both phone conversations and email responses. It's a rarity in this day and age to be the recipient of such top notch service!!
I would not hesitate to shop on this site in the future and recommend them to all you shoppers out there. Good product and good service!
