REALLY Amazing customer service! Ordered 8 personalized mugs for Christmas gifts. 3 of 8 had printing issues. I called customer service. They had me send photo's of problem. They immediately reprinted and express sent new mugs. I had them for Christmas! Very nice customer service people, as well as efficient. Will definitely use them for more purchases.

My only complaint is that I think the name and initial should have been on the reverse side since they are all right handed but other than that I was very satisfied.
