I ordered this for a friend's wedding gift. Luckily I had plenty of time because when it was received, the box was badly damaged and the photo blocks were broken! I called, sent pics of the damage and they shipped another order out at no cost. BUT, when I received the 2nd order, it had the photo set for the wrong orientation! (was supposed to be horizontal, sent it vertical) But, I sent pics again and they shipped out a 3rd order and IT IS PERFECT. I know my friends will love it. And even though it took a few tries to get it right, Personalization Mall's customer service and product are both excellent. My only advice is give yourself enough time in case your packaging is damaged/order is wrong and it has to be replaced! Will prob order these for myself soon, too!

I have ordered many items from here but I am very disappointed in what I have received. The writing is very blurry, not sharp at all as in the picture. The picture itself is also blurry and it was a good picture. The preview was very crisp and that is why I approved it
