Mom Loves It!! I originally ordered this for a Christmas gift but decided to give it to my Mom early after seeing how cute it was! When it arrived, there was a hairline crack at the bottom of the mug that we did not see until she filled it with coffee. I contacted customer service who asked for a picture to review and then I was promptly sent out a replacement!
