Exactly as shown I ordered the red ones. These ornaments are exactly like shown in the picture. Beautiful colors like shown as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the gray ribbon they sent with them to be attached. I probably wouldn’t have used any color they sent. I had planned on using jute to attach to them. I would definitely order again!

The pink and brown colors compliment each other nicely. The inscription is clear and neatly done. The tiny cut-out baby feet are neat and precise. Shipping was very fast!

Nice Ordered as a gift. Due to limited spacing I had to put the twins' names on the bottom and grandparents names on the hearts. Still turned out beautiful. Great packaging I can use when presenting the gift.

It is a little smaller than I thought it would be and my first one arrived broken. However it was very easy to get replaced. And it came quicker than the first lol. Over all it’s adorable

 Cheap The product is quite small and made of cheap material for the price I paid.

 Product DamagesWhile the ornament was as pictured, mine had a very bad burned area blemish on the front side near the footprint, making it ungiftable. I tried to call Customer Service, but their call center said they weren’t accepting calls “due to high call volume” to catch up. They said to email customer service, which I did. 6 days later and I’ve not gotten any correspondence back. This was a gift for new grandparents, and there is no way to fix it before Christmas at this point.
