I ordered two ornaments for my grandsons, different names. I received two with the same name so I called and spoke to a lovely young lady who apologized and promptly corrected the situation. I received the new ornament in the mail. I would definitely order from this company again. The ornaments are very nice, my hockey playing grandsons will love them.
