I purchased this beautiful well made bag for a birthday gift to myself. Only issue is in person the purple writing doesn't show up well over grey letter like it did in the preview picture prior ordering. I wish I had did black writing. Other than that, it's a great bag.

I ordered this tote for my sister-in-law's birthday. I was so impressed, I ordered two as Christmas gifts. One had the lettering off-center. Personalized Mall immediately sent me a replacement, which was perfect. And my husband, at my urging (haha) ordered one for me for Christmas. In my opinion, this is the perfect size catch-all bag. It is very well made. Excellent customer service.
