My oriiginal order for this gift box was 2 years ago, and it arrived in perfect condition with all the personalization done beautifully. I received my second order a few days ago, and was shocked that whomever packed my order neglected to pack the BOTTOM part of the box---only the personalized LID was packed inside my delivery box! I had to call cust. svc. about it. The very nice rep immediately put in a request to ship me the "bottom" of the box. In spite of the packing glitch....it makes a wonderful keepsake for the recipient, and I'll surprise my daughter with her gifts packed inside it, once I receive the other half of it!
