 Customer Service top notchI ordered 2 personalized glasses on a Saturday and received within less than a week. One glass was damaged & I called the 800#, got a live agent very quickly (no long wait times as expected) and she quickly resolved the issue and expedited shipping of the replacement. I was very impressed with how easy the process was and would definitely order from this site again. Thank you to the agent for her professionalism, expeditious & courteous handling of the call. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 stars was that one glass was damaged (the print was doubled). The other glass was perfect!
