Very Nice Wine Chiller was purchased as a gift for an out of town host that provided New Year’s Eve accommodations. I am unable to provide a first hand review.
However, I would like to provide a review regarding the shipping. The item was ordered early Jan 3rd. The website stated they would receive it Jan 5th with expedited shipping. I recall thinking no way.
On time!! The host received the item Jan 5th at 1pm. Wow!! She absolutely loved it. Job well done.

Wine Chiller Wine chiller looks very elegant and very nice. I paid for the gift packing that also looks ok. However, when I opened the outer box I found the lid of gift box itself was damaged. I had to put some tape to make it more presentable.

 Nice Gift but the engraving was really poor quality. Returned for Refund!By Shopper (Mooresville, NC) - January 4, 2024 I really like the item but the engraving was really poor. I have purchased engraved stainless steel items in the past with no issues. My two units were returned because the engraving quality was really poor and washed out around the curve of the chiller. It looks like the engraving equipment can’t hold its quality on the curve of the cylinder. These were meant to be gifts for family members, but I was too embarrassed to gift them with this quality of engraving.

Issues with product. Cannot get a refund I ordered this item as a gift for someone. There were several dents and a scratch in the bottom part of the wine holder. The logo was printed off-center. I’ve been trying to get a refund for this item for the last 3 weeks, but my emails haven’t been answered and I’ve been getting the runaround from customer service on the phone. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
