It’s a great way to honor the person, feel connected, and reflect on memories. I recently placed an order for three candles to give by Father’s Day for a family whose dad had recently passed. The picture turned out grainy and not great quality. The customer service team worked with me to fix the issue (had me send a jpg vs img file) and the replacement candles turned out great! The gifts were loved by the recipients.
