Exactly as described and as pictured. I chose black wood which makes the piece look very sophisticated. I am using the stand as the daily storage and charging location for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet A-7 Lite. The stand accommodates the tablet and its cover either horizontally or vertically without tiping over. The stand is the personalized large piece as well as a second "leg" which slides into a slot in the large piece -- so easy. Also allows to break down the stand and pack as two flat pieces. I have ordered 2 of these and both male recipients are very happy with the gift item.
