the sweetest ornament This ornament is precious! Such a cute take on a traditional photo ornament! I buy personalized ornaments all the time for family and friends...this is absolutely one of my favorites of all time!

 Ornament Sleigh design is very cute, good quality. Picture can come out a little grainy so upload something simple to use.

Cute Overall, I like this ornament. It seems to be made well and is very cute. My one complaint is that they didn't do a very good job at centering our name when personalizing it, which means that lest letter of our name is cut off a little bit. There was plenty of space to fit the whole name because there is a blank area next to the beginning of our name, but they didn't space it well. It irritated me a bit because I'm a little OCD about things like that, but it wasn't a big enough deal for me to want to mess with a returns process.

Cute Ornament The quality of the ornament is great but the printing was off center. The picture looked OK but the words were centered left and not to the middle of the picture as shown.

Smile for my sister I sent this ornament to my sister and brother in law for their Christmas gift. I received a call the day they received it and thanked me saying how cute it was.

Cute but not the greatest quality I wanted to love this ornament but the quality isn’t the greatest. It came damaged and I got another one that was also damaged. I was able to mold the second one back into a sled. Customer service was great but I wouldn’t recommend this sled it is flimsy.

 Terrible QAHow did this get past QA? Completely off center. Just shows no pride in quality in this company. It used to be my go to. They also must have changed their shipping. We ordered 12/5 and got it on 12/24. According to shipping it spent a good 11 days going from PA to NY. Going someplace else next year.

So Disappointed By Shopper (Bensalem, PA) - December 22, 2021 I was so disappointed this year. I paid extra to rush the shipping and when the ornament came the images and text were very off centered. I reached out twice and finally got a reimbursement but what I wanted was the ornament corrected.

HORRIBLE By Shopper (Elk Grove Village, IL) - December 19, 2021 It came out off centered and faded.I emailed twice still waiting for some sort of refund or a new ornament but now It’s too late to get anything in time for Christmas. Disappointed. Even the preview picture looks a ton better than what I ACTUALLY got.
