My daughter loves it! Design and name was quickly chosen and order placed. Approx 1 week later the backpack came in a soft paper cover. The quality of the fabric, zips and the production of her names fabric is high quality. My daughter loved it also bc it suits her very gently (she is not the biggest although she is seven)
