When I ordered this item, the first one came to me and the writing was very blurry and double printed. It looked awful! I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures of the product which I did. To my pleasure, they re-made the item and this time it was perfect!

 Printed out incorrectly/inaccuratelyProduct color/brightness wasn’t true to what I had submitted. This is my 4th time getting the product so I do love it when it comes out right. I have no doubt pmall will take care of me and resolve this
