 Simple personalizationThis was a really nice and simple gift for my friend for his bday. It arrived perfectly packaged and it was inscribed nicely. I only had issue with the slight difficulty in sliding the box open. It wasn't very smooth. I would definitely purchase a gift like this from here in the future. It's a "no-brainer" winner gift.

This time I ordered the wine box for my daughter's 45th birthday and was disappointed when it arrived. The letter is VERY FAINT. NOT BOLD. I wish there was something I could do to make it darker, because I really like the box and her favorite wine fits perfectly inside the box. The picture below is showing dark lettering. That's not how my wine box looks.

Disappointed in Engraving Quality Typically I am extremely pleased with all of my Personalization Mall purchases, but this is the exception. The engraving quality is extremely poor---very faint and spotty. Also, there is a flaw in the upper left seam corner. It looks like some type of filler was used. I should have read reviews prior to ordering.

hard to read love the box and the concept but the writing was difficult to read. the photo makes it look like the writing is a different color possibly stained. but it is not and is the same light pine as the box.
