Charming picture frame By Shopper  (Pittsford, NY) - August 28, 2024 I bought this for a friend whose granddaughter had just been born. The recipient called me as soon as she received the gift. She was absolutely delighted at how cute the frame is. The granddaughter's name means butterflies, so the butterflies on the frame were an extra surprise. I have bought many frames from Personalization Mall, and all have been just perfect. I am a fan.

Grandma and Grandpa Loved it! I received the frame on the day we gave it to our friends and I could not have been more pleased with it!! I was worried that the picture would be blurry or that the writing would cheap and inconsistent. But it was perfect. I tried finding something wrong with it and just couldn't! I have purchased Christmas ornaments from PM and have always been pleased so decided to try a bigger item. Would definitely recommend!

I typed in the name, date of birth and details exactly as I wanted them to appear. The review looked perfect. But when I received it, the date of birth was missing. Customer service blamed it on me. They could not accept that their process had an error. So I’m stuck with it.
