I ordered this for my son in memory of his dog. Its very sturdy, the picture turned out great and it comes with the hanging ribbon. It was exactly what I expected. I would definitely order again.

It is a gift. After hours struggling trying to make the 2 sided round ornament work, I could not get the photo lined up correctly. I changed to the square metal ornament. I am pleased with the result.

I like to decorate my Christmas tree with an ornament from each of the non-profits that I support. Problem: One of those organizations offers no ornaments or decorations of any kind, but they do offer a few slogan stickers in their gift shop. Solution: I was really lucky to find this company, online, with an impressive variety of design-your-own products available -- including many different configurations of Christmas ornaments. So I got a couple of stickers, scanned them into .jpg files, uploaded them to their server, and designed my own 2-sided ornament online in a matter of minutes right on their website. My custom-made ornament was delivered within one week of ordering it, the price was right, and it's perfect! I couldn't be more pleased with this service.
