The engraving is a little hard to see but overall the ornament is much nicer than I expected. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Every year I order an ornament for my granddaughter the snowman is nice, the only thing I wish was the lettering was in a different color or bold since it color on color.

I have purchased a number of metal engraved ornaments over the years. They are and have been very well made and we love them.

The ornament is what you'd expect; shiny and sparkly. Would like a couple more fonts to choose from, there are only 4; 1 script, and 3 block styles that aren't very different from each other. The preview for the fonts and how the engraving will be applied to the ornament is good. My only complaint would be the font size; as usual, what you see on the screen is not as it is in real. It would be better to be able to choose a font size. When looking at the real ornament, it is much smaller, making it very difficult to read.

Unhappy with the fact that you don’t allow for more rows of lines for engraving. It seems as though it is intentional so that you force customers to have pay for additional engraving in the back side.

I wish there had been an option for the size of the engraving…was smaller than I expected.

I really like the ornament but just wish the Font was bigger

I have been purchasing engraved ornaments from Things Remembered since 2013, my first Christmas with my husband. I received this ornament and was extremely disappointed. The engraving is so small and is barely visible on the dark colored, thin metal ornament. The actual ornament is dark in color, not like what is pictured. Truly a disappointment.
