I ordered a personalized door knocker as a wedding gift. When I received it, the personalization was correct, but terribly off-center. I kind of panicked since the wedding was only a week away. The door knocker itself was a great quality, so I didn't want to ditch the whole idea. I called PM and was so happy that they worked with me to order another one and expedited the shipping to insure that it arrived well before the wedding. I'm a satisfied customer!

Very sturdy and looks fancy but it's too small for my door. I should have checked its size before ordering this for my husband for Father's Day. I wish it would fit in the holes already on my door from an old knocker from the previous owners.
