 Beautiful Collage FrameI was very happy with the frame when I received it. Thought it was going to have black bold letters (like one to the right) but was pleasantly surprised when they weren't. It matches almost perfect to the one we were given to for our other granddaughter. Letter were on a neutral color inside mat. Outside coloring of mat is pink. Tried to upload both photos but it wouldn't accept it.

The pictures I used to fill the frame allows a good amount of the person visible. The frame is sturdy and looks very nice. Personalized collage name frame This is the second frame I have purchased for my grandkids. Loved the first one. The second arrived with a broken corner of the wood frame. I immediately called the customer service # and was instructed to take a photo of the damage. They immediately sent me an email and reordered a new frame for me. I had it in 3 days!! Personalized Name Frame I purchased two of these for my 2 year old granddaughter and new granddaughter due in November. I am not using pictures to fill them, I found their dad's "blankie" he carried around as a baby, so I'm putting it behind the letters. It will be a very meaningful gift for Christmas.

perfect gift for any age This item is beautiful! PERFECT GIFT! I purchased 2; 1 for a teenager and 1 for a 21 year old - both loved it! The frame is elegant classic black and has simple basic picture frame twist clips on back to open & close. The light burn marks others have referenced appear to be laser burns from making the perfectly cutout letter shapes but they are hardly anything to be concerned about since they are on the back of the letter matting and can only be seen when you open to add pictures. Since I wasn't adding pictures I placed a piece of pretty wrapping paper (different colored hearts) to appear in the letter shapes and it presented as a very thoughtful and pretty gift! This also showed the versatility that it can also be used as a pretty decoration without pictures. Will definitely return for more!

This is my second order as I was impressed with the quality of the product and the ease of ordering. Upon receiving order and before opening the box, there was the sound of broken glass. I took a photo of the box, opened the box and sure enough there were shards of glass everywhere. Once I contacted the company they immediately sent a replacement, all at no charge. I ordered early to ensure my gift arrived on time and I would suggest to all - also order early to avoid any delay issues such as shipping.

So Much Fun I got two of these for my my daughter in law with my grandkids names. I had so much fun putting the pictures in the frame and creating a darling Christmas gift. Now, she can either keep the ones I used, or update them as they get older. They both have names that you don't find in common items so personalized gifts are fun.
