Best Housewarming Party Gift! I got 3 if these mugs for 3 of my friends who recently moved into a new condo. I wrote their name on top and their last name on the side with a different friendship quote on the back for each friend. The gift was a hit with not only the recipients, but the guests as well! Cute! I gave this to my friend as a birthday present and she loved it! I actually didn't see the mug itself because I had it directly shipped to her, but I've always loved PersonalizationMall's items and this one didn't disappoint me.

 Arrived brokenThe mugs looked great, however both of them arrived broken into 6 pieces. I called Customer Service and new ones were ordered immediately. I was very pleased with the speedy response. My suggestion is that breakable items be packaged better. There was nothing in the individual box to protect the mugs and the larger shipping box only had one piece of paper lining the bottom.

Cute mug It looks just as it is advertised and was shipped within reasonable time frame. Only complaint is that I wish there was more color choices for the inside and handle of the mug.

Fun birthday mug... This is the second birthday girl mug I have purchased. People always appreciate a funny personalized coffee mug. I just wish the font in back of the mug was a little bigger or there was another line for personalization. However this is a colorful & quality mug and cannot wait to give it to my friend for her big 50! I am sure she will love it.
