It's a good quality cup. I just made a mistake and didn't pick anything for the other side of the cup. It would have been nice if the site had warned me about it.

The mug has a nice smooth finish and the images were well done. The only thing I would have changed was to have a bigger font size available, especially on the back of the cup. The words were quite small, but overall, I would definitely purchase this again.

Happy with purchase.. I am happy with the mug I purchased for my sister's 50th. It is colorful and fun and nice that you can choose the "party girl" on front of the mug. I would have liked it a little better if the font in back were larger, or more space was provided for a personal message. However, I am sure my sister will love her birthday coffee mug. I also purchased a birthday frame and family bathmat to go along with the mug. All gifts will be fun & unique.

Really Cute and Sturdy By Shopper (Howell, MI) - December 27, 2011 I ordered this cup about a week before Christmas. I received it within three days! Now, that's service. My daughter squealed with joy when she opened her present and saw her name on the cup. My other daughter asked me to order one for her, too.
The cup is beautiful and it was made very well. It was larger than I expected, which is a good thing. It has ample space inside the handle, so my fingers can move freely. No more cramped fingers! The only thing I would do differently is to enlarge the font on the back of the cup. But, that was my oversight. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied.
I loved the fact that I could print anything I wanted on the front and back. The possibilities are endless. Don't hesitate to order from this company. You'll be glad you did!

 Product okBy Shopper (Martinsburg, PA) - March 15, 2019 Purchased mug for birthday gift. Mug itself was of good quality but disappointed in the font size. Message on the back of mug was small with a lot of space left open on top and below message. The message looked lost. Suggest using bigger font and more lines to use up open space.

Just ok I am a little disappointed by the transfer on the cup. It seems a little blurry and sort of cheapens the mug. I also wish the print of the girl was on the other side of the mug so when a right handed person holds it they can see it. Rather it faces out. I ordered a different design mug which I am happy with so I'm not sure what happened with this particular design.

Cute but sloppy The mug is very cute; however it looked like it was not done professionally. Some parts of the mug had yellow stains possibly from the ink or on the white mug before placing the personalized information. I would consider this item again but hopefully it is not stained like this last one.

 Disappointing Very disappointed in this mug. Unless you are left handed, what should be the front of the mug, is not. When I called to complain about it, I was not offered any solutions. Just “I’m sorry you are unhappy with it”.

 Way Cheap QualityWell it sure looked good online...but was a sad disappointment when product FINALLY arrived! You can tell a good mug when you get one as opposed to one picked up at the neighborhood $ stores. These were not good quality! Won't purchase again.
