 Color Nothing like the picture I have ordered this product multiple times as my family grew and they all looked exactly like the picture, but not this one! It is orange color and looks awful. I asked customer service to replace it and they refused. They said said it varied in color and a new one would be the same. I ask them to escalate my issue to a supervisor and no one ever responded back!

DO NOT BUY!!!! This is a flimsy piece of plastic. Does not look like the picture.

Not Happy This is a plastic type stone that is concave in shape. The Personization mall logo is stamped large on the bottom. I thought the words I chose would be “carved” looking on the top but is not- more of a cheap raised print look. Not happy.

Small and plastic looking By Shopper  (Baltimore, MD, MD) - September 19, 2017 The dimensions weren't shown and based on the photos, I thought it was a much bigger item and also that it was made out of stone and engraved. But, it's plastic, small and the letters don't look stately. Not worth what I paid and I probably won't use it.

Not at all what I expected Unfortunately the items I ordered where not what I wanted at all. I thought they were heavier and larger, especially based on the pictures. They were a mother's day present and I had to quickly go find something else. They were cute but not what I thought.

large personalized stone Looking at the stone it looks like it is engraved into the stone.
When it arrived the name looked like it was painted on the stone.
I called your company and complained, I was told it was laser engraved.
It is not returnable since it is personalized.
I have stones for my four grandchildren that are engraved into the stone.
I will not use your stone. I am disappointed. Look at your description. It looks like it is engraved into the stone but it is only on the surface.

Too big I thought the stones were going to look real like the photo?? They are WAY too big so they look fake. I would of preferred a smaller "real" stone engraved to use as a paper weight

disappointed! It does NOT look like a stone as pictured, it looks like a plaque and is very flat and hollow on the back. Glad I did not buy several as I originally planned

Cheap.. I was expecting this to look like the picture, I was actually disapointed after opening it up. Its very small and looks like cheap plastic.

never again will i buy these I purchased these for my Mother and my Mother in Law for their gardens, when they arrived they looked horrible and they are tiny! I will NOT recommend to anyone to buy this product!
