Spectacular Customer Service and Product By Shopper  (Miami, OK) - March 26, 2018 Loved the Easter baskets for my twin granddaughters. When I received them, one of them had the handle misplaced which made the basket hang wrong. I called customer service and she asked me to email her a picture of the basket. I was on the call for only a few minutes, sent the email, had a response within a few minutes, and a new basket in the mail within 4 days. Spectacular customer service. The ease of fixing this issue has made me want to order more products from your company. It has taken away the worry of "What if something is wrong with it?". Thank you for the great customer service and product.

Looks just like the picture I was very happy with the basket. Colors are very vibrant and the name is good size. Like the picture says, the handle does not stand on its own completely. If you play with it you can get it to stand for a bit. Overall I'm extremely happy with the basket.

Both arrived at my door step quickly & they look beautiful! The basket weave is sturdy & the liner fabric is a good quality. Well worth the price. I can't imagine I'd have found a better value at a boutique store.

Good quality basket These are such cute baskets. Bought 1 for each of my 3 grandchildren. The gingham fabric is good quality and the personalization was accurate and looked good. A good generous size basket too. My daughters loved receiving them.

Adorable! This basket is just adorable! It’s very well made, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I like that the handle folds down—it makes storage easier. The baskets I have from a few years ago have stationary handles, which look cute in photos but take up a lot of room in a storage box.
