Wonder if a tech reviews the photos and can make those adjustments prior to printing on the cup? Overall great results. Exactly as expected Great quality photo matching. But I didn't prepare some of my photos before downloading, as a result two of my photos showed up darker than I would like. This can be resolved by brightening the photos before downloading, which I could have known by looking at them. I'm ordering another mug for a family member. All in all, I would recommend.

PERFECT PICTURES I have ordered 8 photo mugs so far this season. One would think the pictures would be compromised with being transfered onto the mugs, quite the opposite! THEY LOOK AMAZING!!!!! I ordered a few last year and was very pleased.Thiscyear I've done the majority of my Christmas shopping on this site! I am so pleased that next year will probably be 100% of my shopping.
