Top Quality and Lightning Fast Service This was ordered on the Monday before Mother's Day and was delivered to my home on Thursday! The photos came out great and, more importantly,my wife was thrilled to have a coffee mug with photos of our three dogs (plus me) on it. Now I need to figure out how to get her to get me the golf balls with photos on them!

There is a mug has a small portion of porcelain chopped off, and after receive my email they mailed me a new one. very satisfied with their service.
a suggestion: maybe could improve the mug its self quality more (not the print part)

Great gift, Great Price I was thrilled with my order! I bought this for my Mom for Mother's day. The pictures on the mug looked great. The item got here very fast as well. I was so pleased with the quality at such a low price that I ordred another mug for my husband for Father's Day. mom's favorite mom loved this gift for mother's day. the pictures turned out wonderfully. only problem is that you can't see what the pics look like on the mug prior to clicking add to box. it was tough deciphering which picture worked in each of the pics spots allocated. but overall, great gift for the money!

Mom loved the mug! The mug turned out perfectly. I was a little unsure since you don't get to pick where the pictures go on the mug but it came out great and the pictures looked clear and were organized nicely. I gave it to my mom for Mother's Day and she loved it! I would definitely buy another one.

Picture Mug The mug us great. The most surprising part was the quality of the pictures. Even the smallest pictures are clear and beautiful. The gloss finish on the mug makes the pictures look like studio quality glossy prints. I love it and Im sure my mom will too!

Great gift! I am very pleased with this mug. The color quality of the pictures is great. The only think I was missing when ordering was a photo layout (like the 5 picture mug has, since I put pictures of 7 different grandchildren). At the end it came out very nice.

Very Nice Product I created my custom montage of pictures for a Mother's Day gift, and the mugs came within a week. Great Mother's Day gift! We bought this for my mother in law who lives half way across the country. It was so nice because we got to put on pictures from our wedding, her grandchildren, her children, etc. The pics all came out so clear. Great gift!

Photo Collage Mugs are lovely I ordered 3 mugs, and sad to say, one of were broken. The handle was in 4 pieces. I called immediately and customer service is replacing it. However, I must tell you that the items were not packed very well so this was bound to happen. You may want to improve on packaging. Thanks so much. Sincerley, J. Eckert

 Fun trip memorabiliaI took a bunch of pictures from a birthday trip to Norway and created a collage on my morning coffee mug. Hindsight I should have gotten the slightly larger mug (I got the small one), and the pics came out a little darker than I would have liked but it's a great reminder to see the photos every day ;)

Pictures are a little dark I was so happy to get this picture mug. It’s a birthday present for my mom. They did a nice job. I’m happy I went with the 15 oz instead of the 11oz mug. The pictures might of been small and squished if I got the 11oz. The only thing is a couple of pictures became darker than I would of liked but all and all, I am pleased with the mug.

Grampy’s Coffee Mug By Shopper (Timonium, MD) - January 5, 2022 I purchased this as a gift for my husband with pictures of our grandchildren. The mug is great quality and the handle is big! Unfortunately the quality of the photos is subpar. The first time the mug arrived it was chipped. In correspondence with the company, they did replace it for free. Due to the resolution of the pictures on the mug, not sure I would order another coffee mug.

Super Cute Mug! Very nice quality mug. Very easy website to use and upload pictures. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wanted to add my son’s name to the mug and I couldn’t find a design I liked for that and I couldn’t figure out how to add a text box.

Mug I loved this mug! The pictures are of really good quality. I wish I could’ve somehow wrote the year on it as well (we got one for my future mother in law each year per her request) but otherwise it was great!
