 Very goodThe picture collage and overall design of the mug is wonderful. I just wish the mug was bigger. Also unfortunately the first mug came broken but customer service was awesome and they offered to refund or send a new one which arrived intact.

Arrived broken By Shopper  (Edmond, OK) - July 10, 2021 These are cute mugs to have my grandchildren’s pictures on. I ordered 5 but one came in broken. There was no packing bubble wrap…just put it in a box inside another box. It’s a miracle the others were not broken. They are remaking it for me.

Great way to remember an Adventure My wrap-around mug was well executed re printing my graphic onto the ceramic mug. The website worked ok, requiring patience and experimentation to understand how to tweak my graphic to fit the image area on the mug. Certainly helps that I have experience using a graphics program. It would be even better if it told me actual numbers for aspect ratio, size of the safety margains, and how my graphic is positioned into the image area on the mug.

Excellent Product, Buggy Creation Process The mug itself turned out perfect. Clear pictures, nice quality. The process of creating the mug was frustrating because the pictures I chose kept disappearing and I had to re-choose them several times. Took way longer than it should have. If the creation process would have been more smooth I would have given this 5 stars.

Photo I love the quality of these mugs! Make sure the photos you select are of good quality. 2 of mine cane out dark, but I think it’s the photos themselves. Such a unique goft!

Very nice I ordered 2 mugs. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that on one of the mugs, the pictures are slanted. One of the mugs came out perfect. I really wish the other one had since these are Christmas presents.

Like it but... I've ordered a photo mug before and loved it. This time, some of the photos were a little darker than the pictures were. Still love the product but a little disappointed in the quality of the photos on the mug.

Great gift By Shopper (Manorville, NY) - July 6, 2018 Made this mug up for my wife with pictures of our kids. Mug is a nice size. Perfect for the amount of coffee and creamer she likes. Pictures could’ve been laid a little straighter. On one side near the handle where the pictures end the bottom of the pictures curves up slightly. But overall a good product. Happy with it

It is nice but.... By Shopper (Houston, TX) - June 9, 2018 I wish it was offered in more colors. The white is really bland. The black 11 oz offered is just way too small in size for a coffee mug. My hubby bought me a personalized coffee mug for Mother's Day from Walmart in a red color that is just beautiful and I adore it.
My other issue with this is that the lighter colored pictures are not clear at all. I will accept responsibility in part for that because if you look CLOSELY at your previewed item it will show it is not clear. The preview mode is really accurate which is great. However, that being said all the photos I uploaded are perfectly clear pictures and it showed BEST quality when I went through the the Personalizationmall cropping and editing process. So there should not have been any discrepancy with the final product.
If I could do it all over again I would have chosen darker images and the quality should turn out fine. However next time I think I will order through Walmart for mug personalizations :( although I really like this company and think there customer service is phenomenal. They will definitely retain my business for later purchases with certain items.

Beautiful cup... but By Shopper (Milford , CT) - March 16, 2018 The cup was beautiful all the pictures were clear and looked exactly like the picture of the finished product before shipped... Except the cup was really small it looked bigger in the picture it was more like a tea cup than a coffee cup that's the only thing that was wrong other than that I recommend to buy it.

Nice mug! I’d give my review 5 stars, but I had some difficulty making the product. It is a bit of a hassle if you change your mind on placement of the photos. Otherwise, I am very happy with the mug. It looks great!

Only wish I could see the shape of the area in which my photo was going while ordering that would have made this a lot easier.

Exactly what you'd expect! Overall I'm happy with this mug, as it is exactly what I expected. The pictures look good and it's a nice size. I'm giving it four stars because when it arrived it was broken (the handle had broken off in transit). I called PersonalizationMall.com and they sent a replacement without issue.

his & hers mugs Photo quality is great... placement is awesome! the only thing I was disappointed in was the visibility of the lettering... It seemed more visible during the edit process and so I left it alone... when I received it, it was barely visible.. just so much smaller than it looked in the preview... but I still really like this

Photo collage cup... Nice item but! Ok so I love this cup! The photos came out good with one exception. The only problem I have with the cup is the way you make it. I think that the cup should be able to allow photos to be placed in the order you want without restrictions!The photos on the mug are restricted to the shape that they have for the layout so some photos were not able to be put on here.

Mugs The pics on the mugs were great! Very nice job! Only thing is one of the cups was chipped. But other than that I'm very satisfied with my order. And I will definitely b ordering again!

Cup Cup is good size and solid. I don't know if I choose a couple bad pictures or if it or slightly blurry but still love the cup.

Well loved gift By Shopper (Spotsylvania, VA) - June 16, 2015 I was a little disappointed in the way the pictures printed as what appeared to be "printable" area at the top in my preview got a little cut off on actual product but it was fine and recipient loved it. I would order again but would make sure there was more area at the top of whatever photos I was using (part that will be around the rim) to account for how it will be printed/rounded around the rim. (To clarify, website showed it as space being fine, its just how it ends up due to it printing on the rounded part of the top of mug) Otherwise, mug feels heavy, nice quality and it made an affordable personalized gift - gave it as a graduation present to a mom with pictures of her family. She thought it was a special & thoughtful gift choice which is what I was going for.

Good for the Price The mugs were hard to make. The photo tool made me start over several times because it wouldn't save my changes. The photo quality is so-so. One picture looks a little pink, and another looks grayish. I wish it had color-balanced all of the photos. The mugs are lightweight and not all the same size. Some are slightly shorter or taller. However, the overall quality is good for the price. There were no print defects and no flaws in the ceramic. I wanted personalized gifts for a large number of people, and this fit the bill perfectly. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't so time-consuming. I don't recommend ordering the gift boxes. They're pricey and not much of an improvement over the box it ships in.

Great Customer Service and Products! By Shopper (Las Vegas, NV) - January 23, 2015 I somehow stumbled upon Personalization Mall during Christmas and got almost all of my gifts for my family here. All of them turned out awesome! The only downer was that the collage cup I got for my sister was cracked along the inside. customized Coffee Mug By Shopper (Northport, NY) - January 19, 2015 I created a customized coffee mug as a gift.
The instructions to do it were simple.
Quality is very good, & product was shipped very quickly.
the only thing I would ask, is that they offer larger ceramic coffee mugs. Other than that, will use them again for all future customization work. Very happy customer. :)
