Quick and Good Quality By Shopper (auburndale, MA) - January 7, 2021 I've made custom mugs via PM for the past 5 Christmases. They've all come out great. They fade only slightly over time but we run them in the dishwasher regularly (almost daily) so I assume this would happen with any mug's design. I'm a big fan of how easy it is to get the pictures uploaded and to customize their arrangement. Also, I usually wait until 2 to 3 weeks before Christmas to order them, but they've always arrived timely before the holiday.

I love this soooooo much!! I get these made of my kids as Christmas gifts every year. I’ve been told by many of my family members that it is the favorite gift and so special to them!
