Updating my review By Shopper (Houston, TX) - June 17, 2018 Originally I had given this 4 stars for a few different reasons. I definitely think it deserves 5 stars! The whole family really loved it when it was presented as a gift for Father's Day and my husband uses it every day and it sits on our counter. So I will say that is a great success!
After comparing it again to my customized Walmart mug I will say the pictures are VERY clear and the only reason my mug was not as I had wholeheartedly wanted when I first opened the package was because I had used two different types of colored photos. Some were bright while others were dark. This was a mistake on my behalf as far as me not knowing how to properly work with the customization process in an optimal way. But live and learn!
So all in all YES BEAUTIFUL product with VERY CLEAR photo resolution.I highly recommend it! The only thing is please offer it in more colors like a blue, brown or red in the 15 oz size. I have also sent this request via email to customer support.
TIP: Use all images shot in a normal lighting, the darker the better it seems. If you have very bright images, DO NOT use them! Also, use photos that seem to blend well and match in lighting. (just look at the one I made and you can see what I mean... I wish I would have chosen a few photos differently but for next time... :)

Love these cups We are selling a litter of puppies. After the sale, I send the new owners a coffee cup with all the baby pictures I have of their puppy. Excellent product! Super easy to crop and add your photos. It was a gfit for my wife and she loved it! I had tried another company that took 3 weeks to make the mug, it arrived a week after Christmas and it wasn't even the picture I had sent them!
I found this company and they had my mug done in a day! I had the mug inside of 4 days after ordering!
I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a quality product in a timely manner.

Adorable Mugs! This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased these mugs! My husband and I LOVE having coffee with our grandsons every morning! :-) This last time one of the 2 mugs came broken in 4 pieces. I immediately called CS and after sending them a picture of the damaged mug, I received a new one free of charge within 3-4 days!

Great Customer service I love the picture mugs I got, they're perfect gifts! One thing to improve on is bubble wrap or something to keep the mug from cracking during delivery. It just came in a small box about the size of the mug but there's nothing on the inside to protect it. One of the mugs I got was chipped and cracked so I had to email customer service. But I was pleased when they told me I could get a replacement free of charge! I highly recommend this site, customer service AND quality was amazing!
