Pet Stone Not a real stone. Resin. Cut off at back side and hollow. Looks fine but didn’t realize it wasn’t a real stone.

Not what I expected Ordered and received two. Disappointed that they are not a solid piece and also disappointed there was no sealer on the stones. Had I not added a sealer, they would be unreadable in a matter of weeks. A sealer would be a welcome addition.

Memory Stone Thought it was more of a rock and it's more a hollow piece of plastic. Not sure if left outside yr round if writing will come off. Doesn't seem to be engraved too deep in.

Printing fades. I was so happy to receive my stone and loved the way it looked. However, before we even put it outside I noticed that the lettering was getting lighter just from running my hand lightly over it. I am concerned that once outside it will fade very quickly. I knew the lettering was not etched into the stone when I bought it but I did expect it would be permanent ink. We will see how it stands up to the weather.

Not what I thought, but looks good I do like the rock and I was happy to be able to receive it so fast but I didn't realize it would be flat and hollow. I thought it would be more of a solid rock like I had seen other places. We are using it as a memorial in our flower bed and not as a marker so it does look nice, just not what I thought I was getting.

Cheap looking By Shopper (Newport Beach , CA) - December 16, 2014 Product is too thin, therefore it looks very flat once you put it on the ground...gets easily covered by debri, grass or dirt due to the thickness. Material looks very cheap, it does not look like a stone at all. I doubt that it will last very long. I wish I would have read that it wasn't returnable before I bought it. Not a good buy, I would not recommend it to anyone that is looking for a stone like memorial for their beloved pet. I was very dissapointed.

Memorial Pet Stone By Shopper (Davidsonville, MD) - July 17, 2011 Overall pleased, but didnt realize the stone is hollow and the back side is open. We had planned on sitting it upright in our memorial garden, but could not because the open back would have been exposed. You will either need to lay it flat on the ground or do as we did and prop it up against a pile of other natural rocks to block the open back from view. Otherwise pleased with how it looks.

Smaller than expected The stone is exactly as pictured, however, I am a little disappointed in the small and almost illegible printing and pawprint on the stone. Writing is very hard to read because of the small size of the font used.

Not as readable as the photo Our stone arrived and overall looks like the photo, however the legible text and graphic shown in the photo must be enhanced as ours is not nearly as dark as shown in the photo so unless you hold it up to your nose you will not be able to read what it says. We will try to rub shoe polish or fill in with a Sharpie to make it more readable when standing above it.

 Personalization Smeared The rock is cute, but the personalization on it was disappointing. One of the numbers are smeared making it difficult to make out the years.

Not up to expectations The product is not up to expectations at all. It looks cheap and flimsy, and the color of the “stone” is more brown that gray, as shown in the picture. It’s very lightweight, I can’t imagine how it is supposed to exist in a garden without blowing away. Had I known that the quality was so low, I would have chosen another vendor for this keepsake. Kudos for fast shipping, that’s why I gave any stars at all.

Not as pictured When received the font and personalization was very faint. Very heard to read and did not stand out.

Memorial pet stone Disappointed it is not an actual river stone. Wonder how long it will last in my yard with guys mowing it on riding lawnmower.

Looks can be deceiving This "stone" doesn't look anything like the picture as far as color is concerned. The "stone" I received is more of a very light gray almost white with no variation whatsoever. It doesn't look natural at all. I wish I spent more time reading the reviews, or looking for a "real stone" memorial. I was disappointed with the purchase.

NOT a stone The photo makes this item look like a stone and I have other stones with pet names, so I ordered it. Well, very disappointed! It is flat and not very sturdy. I would not recommend this if you want to place a long lasting memorial stone in your garden.
Would suggest there be a photo of the "stone" from the side or back rather than just a written description on the website.

Just ok By Shopper (Stevensville, MD) - December 30, 2014 When I received this, I was definitely under-whelmed with the quality. It looked and felt cheap. Does not look like a real rock. The engraving was VERY small. I guess the low price as compared to others like this reflects the quality.

Flat on one side does not tell the story By Shopper (Durham, NC) - December 4, 2014 I would not mind a "flat" stone. This is a hollowed out half stone, a mere shell of a half stone.
I gave it to the bereaved anyway, but it looks pretty cheap for a longtime memorial.

Horrible — looks so fake I purchased 2 for well-loved pets in the neighborhood who recently transitioned. When they arrived (in good time, by the way) I was just too disappointed & couldn’t give these to the owners. I’ll order the more expensive but hopefully higher quality river rocks. There is no picture of the underside but these are just molds and don’t have a rock-like or flat bottom. And, these are not supposed to be left out in inclement weather — what? Just not for me - not up to my standards.

Cheap material I would not never buy anything again from this site. The quality is horrible. You can buy this stuff from a dollar store.

Cheap and ugly By Shopper (East Wenatchee, WA) - August 29, 2017 Very unhappy with this purchase. The "stone" we received is just all beige and does not look like any natural stone I've ever seen. The "laser engraving" is about half a millimeter deep, and just looks like its printed on the "stone". The picture makes it look as if the engraving is much deeper. It's also not flat under, it's hollow..
I do not understand how this product has such a high reviews. I can't use this product as it would be an insult to our beloved dogs memory.

Very Disappointed in this product I have bought stones before, but this is the first one that looked "fake". I touched it to make sure it wasn't made out of plastic. It also has a yellowish color to it. Very disappointing.

I expected a river rock on all sides. Printing very nice I was disappointed that the back was not like a rock. I laid this on my pet's grave in a mulched area & it will fill with bugs & dirt. Your pictures should show all views of the product.

Not as expected - very disappointed It looks very cheap and tacky - not at all like the picture in the product description. I bought it as a gift for someone who recently lost her pet, but I don't know if I will give it to her. I gave it one star because the wording was correct. If I bought this from a company that accepted returns, I would send it back. Looks like I'm stuck with it.

Read the Fine Print, they are not real stone! By Shopper (Shawnee, KS) - October 14, 2015 When you see the word Stone, you think they would be stone. Read the Fine print in the description. I just received mine and they are nice, but made of resin. I thought they would last forever as a monument to my deceased. They will not last a single season. Total waste of money on three man made Resins. I'm very disappointed.

Very upset with quality of this item I was so happy when I got this. It rained last week and now it is peeling bad. Very unhappy. If it is so durable and it is meant for outdoors it should not wear from rain.
