 Great gift for him!The product appears to be good quality. However, I was disappointed in the engraving. When I received it, the engraving appeared to be wearing off already. I was under the impression that the name engraving would be sowed in or it would be more durable. I feel like if I scratch it, it will easily wear off.

Great quality and product just not script The product itself is great and the quality is great! The block lettering I do not like unfortunately. I don't think it looks as professional and didn't look the same as the picture.

Portfolio shinny By Shopper (Macomb, MI) - October 27, 2014 I thought the portfolio would be dull. But when it came it was very shinny. I don't think a man would feel very professional carrying this. The personalization looked like it was written on with a silver sharpe.

Consider the engraving? Love the book, however, the engraving seemed a little big and took away some of the class. I would consider a smaller font and/or skipping the engraving on this one item.

The description should contain bonded just so buyers know what they are getting.

Personalized Portfolio Just "Okay" I ordered this as a gift for someone graduating from college with their Masters degree in Business Administration. Fortunately it is not the "primary" gift. I believe I would of liked it more without the personalization. The "printed" name could have been better. The portfolio is "average," the cover looks nicer than inside. Even the pad of paper inside must be replaced.

Okay but not what I expected at all. The product came in and I open the box and was disappointed. The item does not look elegant as shown on the picture. And the engraving looks very cheaply done. I bought the product as a graduation gift but once I received the product I did not give it because I felt it was not something that looked nice enough to give a college graduate.

HUGE writing The portfolio itself is very nice but the personalization is terrible. Very large, tacky letters printed across the entire bottom. Looks much larger than the picture, and there is no stamping or engraving of the letters so I expect it won't last long. I also ordered the tan one, and the personalization on that one is gorgeous. Classy stamped/engraved letters in the bottom right corner. This black one looks tacky and cheap with its giant lettering. Very disappointed.

Pretty Cheap Looking for the Price I was disappointed by the cheap look of not only the portfolio itself, but also the printing on the portfolio. For $55 I would have hoped it would look a lot nicer.

A Little Disappointed I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas, who is starting a new profession. The quality of the portfolio is really nice. However, the lettering on the personalization appeared scratched. He still loved the gift, but I was a little disappointed.

Personalization looks cheap The personalization on this portfolio is horrible. It looks like a sticker that will peel off in a month! I'm going to exchange this portfolio for a brown one because the brown one actually embroiders the name into the planner.. Nice planner, but embroidery makes this not so cheap item look cheap!

I use this daily Very nice leather pad-folio. I use it daily. The personalization ink is not good. I've had it a month and my name is coming off. So I would purchase elsewhere without your name. My next one will be embossed.

Nice Portfolio - poor personalization By Shopper (Austin, TX) - May 10, 2011 The Portfolio was a very nice gift. However the lettering that was done did not look like it was worth what was paid. The silver ink has places where it didn't stick. The lettering looked so worn that it looked like it was 3 years old. Would buy the portfolio again, but take it elsewhere to be personalized.

Disappointing I found this item disappointing. The quality of the engraving is poor and it looks like it will fade off the item relatively quickly. I don't believe it's worth the price.

 Personalization is HUGENice portfolio but tacky gold lettering is very cheaply printed (not embossed or engraved in any way) in giant letters across the front. In my opinion this looks cheap and ugly, and customer service is useless to resolve. The tan one is much better.

Portfolio Unfortunately this rating is only because of the personalization. If I could give two ratings I'd give the portfolio a "5", but the personalized name was WAY too big and it just looked really juvenile. I had first name & last name and it spanned almost across the entire bottom. When I received it I couldn't even use it as a gift and had to order it elsewhere. The portfolio itself however was very nice quality & very sturdy...it was a shame I had to trash it because of the personalization.

The Padfolio doesn't feel like leather. I will not continue to make purchases from your company in the future. The product doesn't stand up to the description/photo on the website. The material is very stiff and doesn't feel like leather.

Not worth the money I was very disappointed with the quality of the portfolio. It looked more sophisticated on the website than in person. The engraving also left a lot to be desired. Overall a cheap looking product.

Fake leather I purchased this item 7 days ago. I should have went with my "gut" feeling about the product. It arrived very quickly, packaged considerably well, and the quality of the portfolio was inconsistent with the description by the seller. I called customer service and complained that the $70 I spent in total for the item did not even have a scent of leather. Their reply "it is a coating we put over the outside to keep off fingerprints". Totally unacceptale.
