Name Cup!!! I bought several of these name cups for gifts and they were awesome and loved gifts. So I decided to buy two more, one as a gift & one for me. The names came out perfect but they cramed the cups & straws in a box to small. My straw was bent almost in half & the other one was curved from being forced in a box to small. It was a good ideal but not if they going to be damaged when I recieved them so probably not going to order any more.

Nice cup I ordered this for a very special gift. I had previously purchased a cup similar locally but was not impressed and within a week my little girl had broken it, all reviews of this cup were great and I decided to give it a try. Price was a little high but overall not bad. When it arrived I was pleased with the cup quality but the sticker letter had bubbles and felt they can come off easily. I somehow thought it would be etched letters not stickers, anyway. Overall I am satisfied. I will hand wash

Nice cup..wish it had more decoration! Gave this to one of my daughters for Valentine's Day. She loves these covered tops, but I just wish they had more options in cups. I think it was pretty boring, but she is 11. Some hearts or something would have been cute.

Fast an Crooked Cup came fast and ordering was easy. Customizing this cup could have not been easier.My only complaint was that the lettering was not straight but it was a gag gift so I kept it.

Doesn't seem like the letters will stay on for long - looks like they're letter stickers as supposed to printed. Otherwise great product. Shipping took forever, unlike what I have known to love about personalizationmall.com.

Mug is great but font choices not so good By Shopper (Indianapolis, IN) - March 25, 2011 Love the tumbler however, if choosing a name beginning with the letter J don't pick the curly font. There is a gap between the first and second letters. I had the tumbler replaced and the second one looks almost worst than the first.

Ehh. Overall the cup was good quality and looked excellent. I was just very suprised with the fact the the name is put on the cup with just stickers. I could have done this myself and saved a lot.

 Cute idea, but....decals are on the outside!By Shopper (Charlottesville, VA) - August 11, 2018 The look is adorable. But....can't put these in the dishwasher because the names will come off. I, incorrectly, assumed, the decals would be on the inside, as they are with most tumblers. Would not buy these again.

Sticker Letters I am satisfied with my purchase but want others to realize that this is just a clear tumbler with stickers added. Although it is cute, even with careful hand-washing, I'm not sure how long the stickers will stay in tact. I am glad that I only bought 1 for myself and did not purchase these as gifts. It looks very much like a DIY project where you bought your own tumbler and added stickers from a craft store.

Are these stickers on the acrylic tumblers? By Shopper (Grapevine, TX) - February 17, 2011 I bought 3 tumblers for my granddaughters. With shipping, etc., 3 tumblers cost over $80.00. As soon as the granddaughters opened the gifts they started trying to peel off their names because the personalization looks like "stickers" were used. The first comment the 6 year old made was, "Are these stickers?"

Under the description it does NOT mention that they literally use stickers to customize the cup, after a few washes the stickers will come off. you can make this yourself saving youself a lot of money. Also my message was not included either which it was a Christmas gift for a little girl.

Cup quality is good, but... By Shopper (Henderson, NV) - November 17, 2015 I was not impressed with my Wife's Name being in "Stickers". I really had thought it would be in acrylic paint for long lasting, but it's stickers! I could have done this myself for a lot cheaper. It's so embarrassing when she had opened it to find it looked more like homemade than made from the factory.
Thinking of returning for a refund.
Here's a tip , Personalizationmall, you could at least had the sticker inside the cup since it's double cup.

Not satisfied I ordered the first cup the writing was very crooked, so I called for another one. Second one came the other word was crooked. Definatley not satisfied with the product.

not represented completely wasn't expecting to have personalization just "stick on" letters...there's no way this can be dishwasher safe
