Came out great By Shopper (Gambrills, MD) - December 3, 2020 Despite the circumstances, the flag case came out great. The size fit the veterans flag, however the depth was a little shallow. I was afraid it would burst open in the back. I had to flatten the flag just a little before putting it back in and it fit just fine. I did not hang it on the wall although it came with parts to hang. Had to pay an extra shipping fee due to the weight but it was worth it and came sooner than I expected despite the delay in shipment due to the pandemic.

Flag case By Shopper (ANNONA, TX) - November 20, 2020 It is very nice, I just wish it had been just a tab larger because I had to remove the flag from its plastic bag. Couldn’t put it in the case. I would love to have had the protection from the original bag it was in when the funeral home gave it to me after the services. The military didn’t give it to me in a bag but the funeral directors gave me a ziplocks bag shaped liked the flag. Otherwise it is a beautiful case.

Dad's display case Awesome flag case. My dad's flag looks beautiful. Only disappointment difficult to see letters that are over the stars. They don't appear to be quite as white as in the preview photo.

Flag case for my dad's American Flag. The engraving on my dad's American Flag case is hard to read. Engraving is white and does not show up over the stars on flag
I suggest moving engraving to middle of glass between the 2 rows of stars.

Flag display case with personalization By Shopper (Ashburn, VA) - February 29, 2020 The display case is made well. It holds and displays the Flag beautifully. The only down side is that the personalization on the glass is too light and you can't see it very well once the flag is in it. The website makes it look like its engraved with a deeper white that shows the name nicely. I would give it 5 stars if the engraving was darker and could be seen better.

Stars block some of the personalization Having to bump the flag up so that Dad's information is not covered by the stars in the flag.
Otherwise, it is a beautiful piece.

Great Quality Very well made with quality materials. Flag fit perfectly. Only negative is engraved name did not show up that good since it was frosted up against white stars on flag. I guess depending how flag is folded more blue might be in that area making it better to see.

Beautiful Case This case is so elegant and beautiful. The quality is awesome and was well received. The flag fit perfectly in case as originally folded and received from the Marines. I only wish the personalized engraving was in a different or darker script so that it is easier seen. Otherwise, it's perfect, and my family loved it!

Flag case The case is built very nice, but we wish the engraving was whiter were we could see the letters more clearly.

Wish it was darker The case is beautiful and the engraving is almost perfect. When you put the American flag in the case the writing almost disappears.

Good, but not entirely 5 stars worth The case is good quality, the glass is much better than the plexiglass offering of others. But like other reviews have stated, the white lettering is somewhat obscured by the white stars. I've tried to adjust those stars to be able to better view the name and service, but to no avail. Still, it looks nicer on my bookshelf than the old one did.

Kirkland Resident This is the third flag enclosure I have ordered for friends and relatives. As usual, I received a good quality enclosure with the information engraved as ordered. I have alway been happy with the quality of the product and plan on buying others in the future if and when a veteran that I know dies. To whom I have given these have very much appreciated the gift!

For my nephew graduating from Officer Training School in Fort Gordon, GA I've had my Dad's military flag (presented to me at his funeral as the oldest child) since 2004- I've had it wrapped in plastic sitting on a closet shelf ,wondering what to do with it to honor him. He served in the Army 1943-46 discharged as 1st lieutenant. Fast forward to June 2017. On June 21, 2017, my nephew graduated from officer training school in Fort Gordon, GA- Army , 2nd lieutenant.I then had my Ah- Ah moment.I will give the flag to my nephew as a graduation gift.I was just going to send the flag to him wrapped in plastic till my daughter suggested a display case. So, I quickly googled "flag display cases" and Personalization mall was the first one to pop up- with a special price for Father's Day. The container was delivered to me on time - very nice - mahagony with glass engraving - perfectly inscripted with what I wanted. I then had to carefully open the sturdy box it came in ,insert the flag, seal it up and then ship it off to Fort Gordon. Mission accomplished.Thanks

Personalization on glass frosted not white :( Solid construction and great quality. Disappointed in the personalization as the lettering is frosted not white as the picture indicates, hence, not very visible and hard to read against the flag.

Personalized Flag Case I was very pleased with the flag case, the only reason I gave it four stars is from the photo on the website the lettering looked white, however it is more transparent and does not show up as well through the white stars on the flag. The quality of the case it good though. Overall I am happy.

Flag The personalized flag came quickly and was just as ordered. The flag fit perfectly and the case itself is beautiful. The only complaint is the lettering was a little difficult to read once the flag was inserted. Maybe a different color of lettering would stand out better?

However upon receipt, I was disappointed that the words are hard to read unless you are right up close to it. In the picture, it looked much "whiter" against the blue of the flag, making it easier to read from a distance.

American Hero Personalized Flag Case The flag case is very nice...good quality. I was very disappointed that the engraved personalization does not show up enough. It definitely does not show up like it does in your picture. It's etched in but it didn't have the white lettering like it did in your picture.

Coming out of the closet My father-in-law's flag has been stored in the closet for 58 years. Finally, I have an attractive display case to store it in. I think he would be pleased. The case is a nice addition to our home and will be a conversation piece going forward. The quality is what I hoped for. However, the lettering shows up nicely over the blue but is hard to see over the white stars.

Love the piece! I love the memorial flag display case. It was one more way of honoring my brother-in-law, and allows us to continue honoring him every time we look at it. The case is beautifully crafted, it arrived in perfect condition and it was easy to insert the flag. The ordering process was fast and easy and I love how it gave me an actual picture of what the piece would look like with my requested personalization before I placed the order. It also arrived in an extremely reasonable time frame. my only disappointment is that the lettering is a little light and can only be read close up, not quite as easy to read from a distance as represented. But still very nice, and I am extremely satisfied.
