The picture came out perfectly, I brightened it out since some people said it came out a little dark. I was really happy with the result. Good quality, came in a small pouch which was very simple. It would have been cute if the pouch had the logo of the website, other than that it was a great gift. Would visit this site again for a future occasion.

Since it is a surprise and our anniversary isn't until May I had to hide the puzzle until my wife was gone long enough for me to put it together. I finally got the opportunity put it together and was very impressed with the product. Wont know how my wife feels about it until late May but I definitely am very satisfied !! The only complaint I could have is since I was customizing the puzzle it was a little difficult for my technically challenged mind to get the customization I wanted. I could not get the program to allow me to upload a photo and then add the writing that I wanted to the photo ? I had to add the writing to a photo on my computer, save it as a jpeg and then upload the photo with the writing on it. It was a frustrating process but glad I did it and as I indicated am very very satisfied with the end result !! Dont know if there is a way to add writing after you upload the photo but the program indicated that I should be able to.
