It is a simple design, but I love that the teacher's name AND the school name could be printed on the tote. The tote itself seems to be very sturdy and I'm sure will stand up to months and months of daily use. Customer Service is amazing: one of my 4 totes arrived with different length handles and I called the company right away. I emailed them a photo of the strange handles & they sent a replacement super quick, so that I could still give these gifts to my teachers on time! I am very happy with these products and will order from this company again!

Great Gift My niece's teacher was retiring so my niece wanted to gift her a present to show her gratitude for being an amazing teacher. Great quality! You never know what you'll get with bags like these, but the quality and size are wonderful. Truly big enough for teachers to haul their stuff around in! The print quality is also top-rate. I had fun with the bottom portion where you can leave a quote. My sons teacher is Mrs. Best and my son, is Chase. Problem resolved Had a problem with one of the items. Called them and was quickly resolved. They remade the item and sent it by express mail to me. Quite satisfied with customer service.
