on a Thursday, explained my problem and had a new one in 2 days on Saturday.
The reception was still on Saturday so it was important that I order/receive a corrected one in time. The person I dealt with was VERY helpful and when I hung up I had a strong feeling that it would work out...AND IT DID. I had to incur some add'l expenses but it was worth it as the frame was a perfect gift.

in my customized message for the wedding day. ooops; how was I to know they would elope a few days before. I called yesterday, reordered and asked for overnight shipping since I need it Sat. Sept. 5th. I'm crossing my fingers but I did come away with hope since the person I talked to seemed confident it could be done. Very helpful and understanding.

Excellent value; just one constructive criticism--I would prefer the quoted saying would be as dark as the names on the wood frame. The quotation is barely readable. March darker in the photo listed on your site.
