Tasteful I was looking for something simple to put with my $ gift for a christening. This was perfect. It fits every decor and leaves anyone who sees it with that "oh that's precious" feeling. I did not realize it was a
paper weight when I purchased it. It stands up alone like a plague. I wish it was just slightly larger.

Quality Item By Shopper (Quantico, VA) - March 25, 2017 I am really pleased with these. I have purchased 5 over the last couple years as gifts for my friends.
They have made a very small change to the item, though, and that is a little disappointing because I have one friend that has both versions, and it looks a little off.
I plan to order at least one more, though. The change didn't take away from how lovely it is for a gift!

A Great Keepsake By Shopper (Malvern, AR) - January 29, 2016 We ordered one of these for our daughter-in-law and another for one of our sons. Our plans are to get one for each son and their wives and also get the wedding anniversary keepsake to go along with them.
We were able to see one of the completed works the other day and were pleased. It is a keepsake that will be valued for a lifetime and, perhaps, generations.

Nice Paperweight By Shopper (Columbia, SC) - December 2, 2015 Nice keepsake! Ordered as Christmas gift for daughter-in-law, but I was a little disappointed when I received it. The engraving seemed smeared, but it could be that way for the effect. The heart also just looked like an awkward placed sticker and I didn't realize it would be so small. No bigger than a small wallet. That's my fault for not reading the dimensions. Don't let that stop you from buying this one of a kind keepsake. Overall a nice...unique gift that can be cherished for years. Quick turnaround shipping as always! Ordered on Black Friday->11/27/15 and it was on my doorstep on Wednesday, 12/2/15!!

Smaller than expected I guess I should have checked the dimensions. I thought it was the size of a frame and it's more like the size of a paper weight. It is still a nice gift to give someone.

Nice birth keepsake By Shopper (Sewell, NJ) - March 29, 2015 Bought this for a new baby....it's a nice gift. It is on the smaller side; however it's still a nice little gift. Once you get it; it says "paper weight" on the sticker. I wouldn't exactly call it a paper weight. My only issue is with the red heart on the keepsake. It is actually on the outside of the block; it is not engraved with the calendar. There is a small white heart engraved on the "inside" of the block on the specific day (which you don't see in the picture), but the red one is on the outside. I don't like that that much...I wish it was on the inside of the block or no red heart at all.

Granddaughter keepsake I purchased this keepsake the day after my first granddaughter was born and I loved it. The only thing that I was not to crazy with was that the heart is an actual sticker? Overall it is a good purchase

Keepsake for godson The item was smaller than I expected but was very well made. The font was exactly like the preview provided and arrived wrapped in tissue paper and it's own box...I know my sister in law is going to love it when she opens it!

Great gift We bought this wonderful plaque for the Birth of our Grand-Daughter. It was elegantly done with a wonderful verse & it is adorable.We did think it was a bit bigger & it could have come with a stand. But still it was a wonderful keepsake. We hope she cherishes it for a long,long,long time ! You can't go wrong with this memorable gift. Our Daughter loved it & even put it on Face Book. The responses were wonderful. We highly recommend this as a gift.

beautiful & unique I was very pleased. It is a beautiful keepsake. I did think it was more like solid glass, but it is more like a solid plastic. you cannot tell unless you pick it up though.

Not the biggest fan By Shopper (Chesapeake Beach, MD) - December 10, 2013 I think the meaning and purpose behind it is great, for my godson, but the size and quality of the heart of it is not the best. The heart is pretty much like a sticker and the picture is very misleading to size. You really have to pay attention to the measurements, because upon arrival I was disappointed in the size and the heart sticker.
I got two of these, for my godsons. I don't regret getting them, because they are perfect for the verse and the meaning behind them, but I do wish they were bigger and that the red heart wasn't a sticker.

Small It is very nice and I love the wording. The problem is it is so small. Even for a child I feel it should be bigger. Next time I will have to check the dementions. Guess I wasn't paying attention.

Smaller than expected. By Shopper (Erlanger, KY) - October 31, 2011 I ordered 2 of these, one for each of my two Grandchildren. When I received, one was correct and one had the last number of the year omitted. ie. 2009 appeared as 200. After having had to have the personalization redone twice I finally received the accurate piece. This is a cute idea, smaller than anticipated. At first glance of the item the heart gives the "appearance" of being a sticker on the surface of the item, rather than actually being part of the engraving of the calendar date itself. But, overall the item is of good quality and I hope will be a cherished keepsake.
