Giving as a gift for Christmas, so could only give a 4 star since they haven’t been used. The look, feel and engraving are superior! I can’t wait to give as a gift! I ordered the gift box to give it a classy gift giving touch… super pleased with purchase so far!
Very elegant set of chopsticks . They have a lot less weight than I expected but they are pretty. I could have boxed them myself. The boxing could have been more elevated to go with the design.

Bought this as a Father’s Day gift for my hubby and I can’t wait to give them to him! He loves eating with chopsticks. I love the quality, only downside is I wish they came with a box or something you could store them in otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

Chopsticks are well-made and attractive as well a useful gift. It was fun choosing the lettering, too.
they are very nice a little unbalanced but very nice, They are pretty and quality is great. My husband was is very happy with the feel of them in his hand, the look and was impressed with the whole packag.

Was super hopeful, but all three pair I purchased aren’t that great. They’re pretty, but the metal part isn’t attached very well and wiggles when trying to use them. I’m sending one set back for replacement. They’re pretty, but that’s about it.
The engraving is lovely, however i did not expect the top half of the chopsticks to be so drastically heavier than the bottom, using a lighter metal should be pursued aa these are not very functional as utensils as a result of the weird weighting.
This item is beautiful and I am excited to give it as a gift. One of the chopsticks arrived broken. The chopstick was loose near the middle where the wooden part and the metal part connect. It was noticeably loose, and if there was some type of quality control to check the item before putting it into the box, it would've been noticed. I was lucky enough to have Gorilla glue for wood in my cabinet and it worked fine after 24 hrs of drying. This made me upset though, because it shouldn't have arrived this way in the first place. There was no type of information about returning or exchanging the product on the packing slip, just customer service email and phone numbers.
I purchased 2 sets of these for my cousin and his wife, who are both sushi lovers and often make their own sushi at home. However, I'm not sure how functional these chopsticks will be. The metal part on top makes them extremely heavy (specifically extremely top heavy). In addition, the chop sticks are square instead of rounded. Pair this with the fact that they are top heavy, and it makes them difficult to hold. Also, the engraving was fairly light in some spots (I had "Good Fortune to You" engraved on one stick and each of their names on the other and the letter "Y" in the word "You" is much lighter on both chopsticks than the other letters).
Overall, I'm still happy to give this gift to them. If nothing else, they look nice and I know they'll appreciate them.
Disappointing

These were ordered for a 21st birthday. The only thing I liked about them was the engraving. The part of the chopstick that was engraved was attached so poorly to the actual stick that we're afraid that they'll come apart at any given moment because of the shoddy workmanship. While I realized these are just for display, they're of such poor quality that we won't even do that, they'll just stay in the beat up tacky little box they came in. Such an embarrassment. Would not recommend.
Extremely unhappy I ordered personalized chopsticks and they were damaged. Also the gift box I ordered was all beat up. I definitely won’t be using this website again.
I ordered these chopsticks as a Mother's Day gift for my mother. The first set I received were completely mismatched in terms of wood color - one was light and one was dark. They looked like they didn't belong together. I received another set for free because I brought it to Personalization Mall's attention. However, the next set was only slightly better. The wood, although more similar in color now, is still not identically matching. Will be very hesitant to order any items in the future.
Letters too light

Nice chopsticks but the letters weren't engraved deep enough and very light. It may eventually "wear and tear" scratched off..
