 Delicate GlassBy Shopper  (St. Louis, MO) - February 21, 2013 I purchased three of these dispensers for my co-workers as a Christmas gift. They are very cute and were loved by all until two of the three globes broke when they were turned upside down to refill with candy. Personalization Mall did replace one of them after sending a picture but the other globe was not replaced. I am guessing because the woman through hers away. I offered to purchase a replacement globe but the response was "sorry, we do not sell replacement globes". These candy dispensers are not cheap to purchase but the quality of the glass is. They look nice on the desk and work nicely, the glass is just too delicate for the price.

 Bait & SwitchFirst, it's half the size of what is advertised. Site says it holds 30ozs and packaging says only 14ozs. Second, it is very cheaply made. The glue that holds it together is clearly visible and the dispenser lever feels like it will break at any moment. Last, and the most disappointing is that the personalization is not properly centered! This is a father's day gift for my husband from our 3 year old and it's fitting since it looks like it was made by a 3 year old.

Broken lever Lever immediately broke. Poor design. Way too much tension on the spring loaded lever.

Broke after one use Very disappointed, this broke after the first use.

Arrived Beoken This product arrived broken and when I called to report the problem I was told that I needed to send a picture before anything could be done. I was treated as though I was lying rather than as a customer that was disappointed with herbirder.

Gave them a second chance I bought one of these for my husband for x-mas. He liked it & all was going good with how it worked. I went to replace the m&m’s & I had two different types so I shook the glass globe & it broke. I felt bad & ordered a second one thinking I shook it to hard. When the second one arrived I was filling it up & the glass globe on this one broke also. I was not being rough when I was filling the second globe. It’s a great idea, but I would not recommend buying this. I did give them a second chance & was sadly disappointed.

Don't waste your money. By Shopper (Hamilton, OH) - December 26, 2017 Very cheap made, all the candy comes out when you try to dispense. Top is heavier than the plastic bottom, so you can't put a lot of candy in dispenser.
I brought this for a gift and was very embarrassed when I gave it to them.

Very Dissapointed By Shopper (Los angeles, CA) - March 29, 2016 The first place I go to purchase gifts is to...Personalization Mall. I am most impressed with the fast service and quality of their products. This candy dispenser, however, does not begin to compare to anything I have ever purchased here. The online picture looks far better than the actual product. The candy dispenser looks really cheap, even though the item is pricey. The etching is very light and difficult to read. In addition, the item tarnished within a few days. I would definitely NOT recommend this product. Rather, spend your money on better quality items at Personalization Mall.

really thin glass The glass is so thin that adding candy broke it. Now I would have to buy it all over again for a 30% discount. Not happy with that.

Poor By Shopper (Bristol, CT) - January 7, 2013 This looked wonderful online. However it is cheaply made and when we filled it with candy it cracked! I would not buy this item. Very disappointed

Looks a lot nicer online. I was very excited to get this for a gift for my daughter in law's graduation. When it came I opened it right away and was sadly disappointed of the quality of it. It looks cheap like a childs toy. Not sure I'm going to give it to her at all.

Not worth the money. By Shopper (Kenai, AK) - January 15, 2012 This was cheap for the amount of money charged. Can't even see the etching on the glass. Should be done in a darker color so it can be visible. The fun saying I had planned is just not easily visualized. Disappointing.
