Family Keepsake I ordered one for each of my grandchildren and they are the perfect gift. They come wrapped in separate bags and are padded for shipment. I'm going to send them in their Christmas cards. The kids always get excited when they get something with their name on it.

Ornament I initially purchased five ornaments, each with one of my grandchildren's names on them. One of the ornaments was not painted correctly and I would not give it to my grandson that way. I called Personalization and explained the situation and asked that they send me another. They asked me to send them a picture of the ornament in question which I did, and they responded that they would send me a new one and that I did not have to return the original one. The corrected ornament was shipped right away and was received in a very short period of time and it was perfect. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a personalized product. They were great to work with.

Christmas ornament The ornament is almost identical to the ones that I bought in 2019. This stain is slightly lighter than the others. I am the only one that will notice. I’m using them as identification on their stocking.
