Service excellence Our bear arrived damaged from the delivery. The box was all dented and the bear was defective. I called customner service and they took great care of me and I had new bear delivered 1 or 2 days later. That is what I call great customer service :) Thank you

 Well madeBear has great sound and and movement. The blanket positioning could be a little better to cover the eyes fully.

Go to gift for new baby I have been giving this gift to all my friends who have babies. Everyone thinks this is the cutest gift ever. The personalization makes it even better. My only disappointment is that I used to be able to select the color thread for the baby name(e.g. pink or blue). It is still a fantastic gift that I would highly recommend.

cute but worn It was very cute but the bear looked like it had been thrown in the bottom of a toy box for awhile.

 Peek a booI didn’t give 5 stars because I don’t like the GUND print in the front with the baby’s name. It should ONLY be the personalized name in the little bear's blanket.

Personalized peekaboo bear While I like the overall quality of this bear, it was a bit smaller than I expected. I was also annoyed that one corner of the blanket was not attached to the paw. Now I have to break out my sewing kit.:(
