It has sparked a very welcome travel bug in our home! :) I ordered this to compliment our newly redecorated, travel-themed living/dining rooms framed in black. The package arrived quickly & well-packed. Colors are vibrant but not overpowering. The printed personalization looks terrific; not at all as though it was an "after-thought" so to speak. My twins (age 7) are obsessed with seeing all of the places we've been and hope to go in the future!
Was surprised to see I had to mount the hanging brackets myself but turned out great, as I was able to use my own spacing to match already-hung screws from the old decor. The included red pins are a little large if you mount a lot of them; we ordered smaller ones off eBay in multiple colors. I do wish the countries were a little larger & detailed more cities but I'm sure it's a necessary evil for accuracy-sake. Overall, I highly recommend (but only if you score a great coupon like we did!)

Love it! I had looked at other pin maps but I chose this one because it's a nice canvas wrapped on wood stretchers....not a map glued to foam core. I'm very glad I chose this one. It's light so I could hang it with just a push pin. Delivery was so fast!

CANVAS WORLD MAP I bought this map for my husband's 60th birthday present. He works from home and his office has a map of the United States of America, and thought an addition of a world map would be perfect. This canvas map was made with great care. The quality is wonderful and it is very durable. It will be the main focus of his office wall for many years to come.

A Family Favorite I stumbled upon this and just had to have it! We travel a lot as a family and collect magnets and Christmas ornaments but I thought this is would be a great way to display our travels. The canvas map is much bigger than I anticipated which makes it easy to see and pin multiple cities in the same area. The day we received it the kids were SUPER excited And couldn't wait to pin all of the trips we've been on. Colors of the map are neutral so it matches any color room. Very satisfied!

Family Travels I purchased this map for my son and his wife. I wanted an old world map they could use to track their travels as a family. I purchased colorful pushpins to use as a means to indicate who had traveled where and where they traveled as a family. I hope this will become a family heirloom as their family grows through the years. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the map and the price.

You might want to get different pin colors, and screw in some eye hooks to hang a wire across the back for hanging, but otherwise you have all you need.

Perfect for the Guest Bedroom We wanted a way for our guests to feel special and have this hanging in our guest bedroom. When people come to stay with us we have them put a red pin marking where they live. It's so nice for them and us to see where people have visited us from.

The picture does show pins w/"flags" there were only pins in the package so if you want pins w/"flag" (which I do) you'll have to additionally purchase them.
