Once I had opened the packaging, this was not the case. It was in a very nice box with tissue paper enclosed around it with the name I had engraved showing. This, I felt, added to the appeal of the gift itself, which was of very nice quality. I would highly recommend the backpack as well as the engraving.

as a gift By Shopper (Houston, TX) - July 20, 2018 I had purchased 2 previous backpacks for 2 of my granddaughters at the Katy Mills Mall in Houston TX for birthday gifts sent them to Washington State, so went back to purchase 1 more to ship to Wa. but the person making a mistake with the name said he would print me an other backpack but when I got home I realized the bag was faded in some parts I went back to let him know I asked to get a new one he said NO, so we looked up Personalization Mall where they get their products and decided to go direct, most important my granddaughters LOVE them, Thank you.
