But..... I am disappointed that the engraving isn’t on the wood connected to the chime itself. It cheapens the chime to have it on a separate piece of material that I have to attach. I gave this chime to my daughter as a gift from her children and wasn’t pleased with that part.

Wonderful idea for mom! These sound beautiful and are a very nice personalized gift to my mom. My only wish is that the writing was deeper/darker on the personalization. Not sure how long before it fades. Nevertheless I can't wait for her to get these on mother's Day. It has all 3 of her kids names on it.

WIND CHIME The windchime itself is beautiful and came with a really nice box and instructions and warranty. This was purchased for a funeral and my friend just loves it. It play beautiful music. The only problem that I have with it is the engraving is very light and is hard to read.

I wish the wood with the engraving was more protected, it looks like it will crack and fade in short time. The engraving is also super light, and doesn't look deep and rich like it does in the preview.

 Love product but took too long to get hereI ordered the chimes for Mother’s Day but they didn’t get here until 4 days after Mother’s Day. Love the product but had I known it would take so long I would have probably declined.

Grandma, please!! I really wish they'd make a version that includes "grandma" or "nana"!!!! I think this is such a great gift for grandparents too and would purchase in a heartbeat if they offered a grandparents version.

 Late Guaranteed ShippingI ordered this item, within the guaranteed delivery date for Mother's Day. This came after Mother's Day. The shipping was refunded, however, the item was still delivered after Mother's Day.
I won't be ordering here again when I am looking for something for a specific event.
However, Item did look great received.
