 Expired cocoI purchased this along with a mug as part of a gift. I was very disappointed when I received the coco, it was expired! I purchased on May 10,2016 and the coco expired March 31, 2016. The expiration date is emprinted on the back outer edge in number format. I called customer service and they put in a refund for my purchase of 6 packets of coco, but it didn't change the fact that part of my gift was missing. Gave two stars just because customer service was prompt in issuing a refund.

Hot Chocolate Miss By Shopper (West Elizabeth, PA) - January 2, 2018 I was not a fan of this hot chocolate. Don't get me wrong, Ghirardelli is delicious but their hot chocolate is a fail...sorry to say. It lacked the creamy chocolate taste of hot chocolate. I think they tried to add something to make it decadent and it ruined the flavor. I drank half a cup and was done. I'm giving away the second packet that I bought. Maybe someone else will like it.

Not a trustworthy company!!!! When you have a question and you speak to a salesman, they don't try and give you the best information for your purchases. They don't care that you spend a lot of money. They put sales on products after they tell you that there won't be any sales. I asked a sales lady if anything would be on sale for more of a better deal. Lied to me!!!! My products went on sale shortly after I ordered. Didn't tell me after I asked if they would be on sale. Got ripped off big!!!!
