Lovely Mug These mugs are beautiful. I bought for my coworkers for Christmas. One was broken (probably because the FedEx guy threw the package on my porch) but I sent in a picture and a replacement mug was sent to me immediately. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great customer service The original order arrived in pieces; the box was intact w/o marks but the mug was smashed. I called customer service and the lady I talked to was very kind and helpful. She had the order resubmitted and only asked that I send a picture of the broken one...which I did. A few days later it arrived intact.
I give a coffee mug to each son-in-law as a gift when a new grandchild arrives with the child's name on it...they are going to need a lot of coffee.
