The gift I've given the most Within the last four years, I have gifted this 15 oz mug 27 times to very appreciative adults and the 11 oz one to a very excited youngster. I was amazed at the way the company handled the broken cup. I was sent a replacement immediately.
Looking forward to ordering more for family and friends. Excellent gifts for people.

NIce Personalized Mug The mug is beautifully made. I have orderedit for myslef and friends. BUT They should send it inthe mail with more protective packaging. I laready had to return two items to Personalization Mall that arrived broken. They need bubble wrap before putting it in the small Mug box.
