 coffee mug gifts By Shopper  (Charlottesville, VA) - April 16, 2022 The mug is beautiful, One came broken however the company replaced it immediately, the mugs were sent without any cushioning so one came brokeI would recommend if getting multiples the company place some type of packaging in each box to cushion the orders. I was amazed at the way the company handled the broken cup. I was sent a replacement immediately.
Looking forward to ordering more for family and friends. Excellent gifts for people.

NIce Personalized Mug The mug is beautifully made. I have orderedit for myslef and friends. BUT They should send it inthe mail with more protective packaging. I laready had to return two items to Personalization Mall that arrived broken. They need bubble wrap before putting it in the small Mug box.

Adorable mugs I purchased Easter mugs for Easter gifts for my grandchildren. One of my grandchildren is an 18 year old boy, so I purchased the one with his name for him. I think he will really like it. The little bunny ear mugs are adorable and the order arrived quickly. Well worth the money.

The perfect hot cocoa mug! We had purchased every immediate family member a mug (15 oz for adults and 10 oz for the grandbabies) last Christmas.
