Perfect Sized Coffee Mug! I received this mug as a replacement. Two mugs (out of over 100 items) arrived broken. Both were rushed and arrived before Christmas.

Personalized mug It turned out wonderful my Granddaughter will love it. The first one arrived broken from the shipping. I was sent a text asking me how I liked my product. I explained the condition it was in. They immediately sent an apology. I was asked if I wanted a replacement sent out right away or refunded. I wanted it replaced. They sent it right away. I love it.
