Have purchased many mugs for friends, etc and this time purchased two personalized coffee mugs for wedding. Only drawback: also bought two "gift wrap packages" with it and thought that purchase was a little overpriced.

Exceptional Customer Service I ordered this coffee mug for my brother as a Christmas gift so I was alarmed when tracking stated that it had arrived when in fact it had not. I contacted customer service by email and within 2 days they had another shipped so it did arrive before Christmas day. The Customer Service Representative that I corresponded with, Monica R, was apologetic, informative and friendly. I will definitely order from this company again.
